Day one.
so far in this long day i have made two final pieces which just have to be photographed in environment, or atmosphere to explain fully what it meant by these.
Go Me! no.
you would think this would be amazing i have one more piece to finish which will take an hour
and thats one project is done! but i use smaller sketch books for a reason.
1. There train sized; whenever i am traveling which is a lot i like to bring out my bag sized sketchbooks not a monster that is 1/3 the size of me.
2. The page size scares me and how on earth am i going to fill this monster. which takes ten times longer when id rather have two FULL small sketchbooks.
3. i look ridiculous holding them and as my best friend told me i look like
"a personal assistant to the jolly green giant"
4. MY WRITING IS TINY. This is the main reason to why i don't like massive sketchbooksnot only is my work never huge my writing is small and gets drowned in these sketchbooks.
Think im kidding? here is my evidence.
the top picture may look okay writing wise but that because
it explains three theory's in deep research style that is so detailed
that it just needed to be retyped.
Then the typical outcome of most my large sketchbook work.
Research; i go into 3 different levels of deep so these three pages
of work are backed up by 6-12 pages of research i had made into a
book so it doesn't clutter up my book.
Thats day one, my annoyance at being unable to fill up a A2 sketchbook and why.
